  • President and Executive Director, Diane Bardeen

    Diane has a background in child and youth development and has been creating programs, developing curricula, and implementing creative arts programming for over 25 years. She has been writing and managing grants for nonprofits for nearly 17 years and is a published author in the Young Adult Fiction genre. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a concentration in the Management of Children’s Programs, a Master's degree in Education and Learning, and most recently, a Doctorate in Education with a focus on Executive Leadership. As an Overcomer of sexual and spiritual abuse, Diane is passionate about helping young people and women who have experienced violence. She strives to empower them to discover, develop, and use their gifts and talents, encouraging them to rise above a victim mentality. Diane believes that integrity is the most valuable asset. Inspired by her Sicilian and Southern Tier roots, she embraces the philosophy that when you have more than you need, get a bigger table.

  • Vice President and Treasurer, Debbie Accorso

    Debbie has spent most of her career in personal insurance, holding various leadership roles. Currently, she manages a personal insurance team at USI Insurance Services. As an Overcomer of abuse, Debbie has a deep compassion for women and children in similar situations. She is passionate about helping them not only escape abusive environments and heal but also empowering them to achieve success in their endeavors. She firmly believes it is never too late to change one's life and pursue dreams. Debbie lives with her husband and their two puppies, Lucy and Sophie. She is a mother of two and a grandmother to one. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family.

  • Secretary, Yvonne Wenzel

    Yvonne has a communications and human services background, with 30 years of experience serving others. She brings a compassionate heart and a strong dedication to helping individuals reach their God-given potential. Yvonne has been privileged to serve children and youth in various capacities, including ministry, social-emotional development, and career development. As an Overcomer of domestic neglect and emotional abuse, she has used her healing journey to support those around her and has raised four amazing girls with hearts of gold.

  • Voting Board Member, Anne Rosati-Hooper

    Anne has over 30 years of experience in healthcare, which includes both bedside nursing and various leadership positions. She is passionate about educating nurses to provide compassionate and competent care. Anne holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master’s in Nursing Education from Roberts Wesleyan College, as well as an Executive MBA from the Saunders School of Business at RIT. Known for integrating humor and music into her work and personal life, Anne is committed to creating positive environments. She lives with her husband, Mike, and their Great Dane, Duncan. Anne is also a proud mother of three grown children and a grandmother to two, whom she LOVES cooking for.

  • Voting Board Member, Theresa Bosco-Savary

    DescTheresa Savary is a dedicated member of the Adorned with Grace organization, which supports women overcoming abuse and addiction. Having escaped an abusive relationship herself, she is deeply committed to empowering women as they rebuild their lives. As a former single mother, Theresa raised two children who are now thriving adults with families of their own. She takes great pride in being a grandmother to eight grandchildren and cherishes her role in their lives. Professionally, Theresa works at a MedSpa, where she specializes in marketing and coordination. Married to her loving husband for 17 years, she embraces a life characterized by resilience and purpose.ription goes here

As a mother of three, she is inspired by her children and committed to leaving a legacy of love and transformation. With extensive experience in human resource management, Tiffany develops initiatives that foster supportive environments and promote growth. Through her work as a worship leader, she creates spaces for healing and reflection, inviting people to open their hearts and experience more of God’s presence and love. Tiffany's passion for impacting individuals and communities drives her to celebrate the potential in everyone she serves.
